With almost 30 years of musical instrument instruction to clients of all skill levels, I provide a very comfortable atmosphere at my home studio that is student focused. Taking into account the client’s skill level and goals we can develop a program together that fits your unique needs.
Within a very short time the player-student will gain confidence in their instrument and abilities being able to employ their newly learned skills with other musicians in a full band setting. After all, isn’t that what it’s all about?
My educational background as a Berklee graduate with a major in Professional music provides the student with a wellspring of diverse skills with which to draw upon. Being able to instruct not only on the instrument itself, but what it takes to perform on stage and in the studio can mean all the difference to our musical future.
I’ve been playing guitar since 1988. Music is my passion and drove me to pursue a career in music and education.

• Graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelors in Professional Music (2001)
• Taught for the National Music Workshop (1996-2007)
• Won Teacher of the Year or the National Music Workshop (2001)
• Won an on-line battle of the bands contest through AT&T and Atlantic records (2003)
• Touring with Recycled Percussion (2007-2011) and (2022-present)
• Recycled Percussion placed 3rd on America’s Got Talent and was signed for an ongoing show in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand and Tropicana (2009-2011)
• Performed on China’s Got Talent &The Latin Grammy Awards (2010)
• Toured with 80’s pop band Bow Wow Wow (2011) and (2022)
• Private studio and various community musical programs (2011-present)
